Lake Alfred Packing House Self-Storage is a family owned and operated self-storage facility. We have live-in, on-site management who truly care about our customers. A number of our renters have chosen us over other self-storage facilities due to their rising rental costs. We have never raised our rent and have no intention of doing so.

Some of the newer self-storage facilities are now using a floating rate, meaning their rental prices change month to month according to what the market will tolerate. Again, this is something we don’t do. We believe it’s difficult enough renting a storage unit in these times without adding unpredictable pricing.

We also do not require a deposit or set-up fee! As an added bonus, we offer moving supplies and rent mailboxes with an address—not a box number. We accept all packages from any of the major couriers. These are some of the many benefits of renting from a family-owned and operated facility instead of a huge corporation. We know our clients by their name, not just their unit number.
