The Lake Alfred Packinghouse Self-Storage Facility is a local family-owned and operated facility. Our units are competitively priced and when you sign our contract, we will not raise the price of your unit for one year and, if possible, we will hold the price longer.
Originally built in 1921, the Lake Alfred Packing House was a citrus packing plant. This building has stood the test of time for over 100 years and has been renovated into an indoor self-storage facility with multiple sized units available. Located in the center of this well-lit city, we are a secure facility close to the police and fire department. The up to code sprinkler system, paired with a humidity controller that was used on battle ships, along with onsite, friendly and courteous facilities management will assure you peace of mind that your belongings are safe and secure.
We have dollies and hand trucks available for our customers to use. Boxes, locks, and moving supplies are also available for purchase.
Lake Alfred Packing House is a handicap accessible facility that also offers mailboxes in varying sizes. We will sign for your packages from reputable carriers and store your packages behind locked doors until you can come in and pick them up.
